Return & Refund Policy
What is the return policy?
It is our hope that you are happy with every purchase from us but we understand returns happen!

Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or signs of use.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition.

Accepted returns will be refunded in full within 14 days, to the original method of payment.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@modernnomad.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and any additional instructions for the return.
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Exchanges will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Defective or incorrect items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a return label and ship you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Will I receive a full refund for returned clothing?
Yes, you will receive a full refund for the price of of the item, however we cannot refund shipping and handling fees.
Can I exchange clothing for a different size or color?
Not the right fit? Not a fan of the color?
We do offer free exchanges withing 30 days of purchase. However the item will need to be in unworn, unwashed condition.
What if the clothing I receive is damaged or defective?
We do our best to quality check every item before shipping but we aren't perfect, neither is shipping!
If you receive a damaged or defective item, PLEASE contact us asap at andrew@anomadactual.com. We will refund or replace the item at no cost to you.
Do I need the original receipt to return clothing?
Yes please! If you do not have the receipt, we will settle for the order confirmation number in your email.
Can I return clothing if I've already worn it?
Sorry, that's a no. We only accept Items that are unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or signs of use.
